EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY

Please note: All products are ‘made to order

* MOOHDY will only provide the option of exchange for size, made within 7 days of receiving the product.

* MOOHDY does not provide exchanges on items marked on SALE & ONE SIZE.

* MOOHDY does not provide exchanges for MOOH THINGS.

* MOOHDY is unable to accept returns on any products unless it is a damaged product.

* In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product at shop.moohdy@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

* Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you a refund /exchange/ store credit on a case-by-case basis.

* All returns are subject to verification by our team at MOOHDY.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

* You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellations beyond 24 hours will be entertained barring extenuating circumstances. Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of www.moohdy.com. A canceled order will result in a credit to the user's credit card/account.

* Refunds will be processed in a form of a credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 7 business days.
